Outdoor class with undercover back up if the rain decides to come
You will learn the coiling technique using natural and recycled materials. This technique dates back 10,000 years and provides a strong sense of connection to ancestors, past lives, family/community and self. Each stitch connects the next passing round and round in a journey bringing new energy and growth.
Coiling is a creative meditation that is really special in a group environment. It brings free flowing peaceful energy to the maker and a greater sense of connection to those around you.
The Woven Dream Basket Weaving Blog provides further details on this process.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive a light snack, water and materials to start a basket and complete a basket, guidance through the weaving process and will leave with a new meditative and creative practice. After class you have access to our resources and can add yourself to the private weaving group.
